A Breakthrough Reading Game Turning Struggling Readers Into Confident Ones—One Climb at a Time

The Word Climb is a Montessori-aligned, phonics-based reading game to address America’s growing reading crisis. With joyful, hands-on play and strategic repetition, children rapidly build decoding skills, phonemic awareness, and reading confidence—without screens or pressure.

Pilot-tested at The Empower Foundation Academy from 2024–2025, The Word Climb produced remarkable results for children as young as four, including non-readers becoming fluent readers within months. The game is now being prepared for national release through educator licensing and training.
